Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday). For expedited shipping options, including Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express, orders placed by 10:00 AM EST will be shipped the same day, except on national holidays. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST will be shipped on the next business day.

A shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. Estimated delivery times range from 3-5 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Shipping Regions & Carriers

United States (Contiguous States)

FedEx and UPS are the primary carriers for domestic shipments. Shipping charges and delivery times depend on shipment type, package size, and weight. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Note: Ground shipping times are estimates, and Biocean is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

USPS and FedEx are available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery dates are estimates, and Biocean is not liable for any delays.

Canada

Shipments to Canada are handled by FedEx or DHL. Shipping fees and delivery times depend on the package size, weight, and shipping method. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes applied at the border.

International Shipping

Warehouse Pickup

Tracking Your Shipment

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, log in to your Biocean account on our website to access your order history and tracking details. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at bioceansupply@gmail.com.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery. To file a claim, email us at bioceansupply@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or missing items

For lost or stolen packages, report the issue to us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date. While we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, Biocean cannot be held responsible if the carrier denies the claim or for actions occurring after delivery, such as theft.

Customs Duties and VAT

For international orders, Biocean covers customs duties and VAT for most destinations. Customers are only responsible for the product cost and shipping fees shown at checkout. However, exceptions may apply for certain countries like Brazil, where customers may need to pay customs charges directly. Please check local regulations or contact us for clarification.

Edibles & Fragile Items

Processing times for edible or fragile items may take an additional 1-2 business days. Due to the delicate nature of these items, some damage may be unavoidable. Biocean ensures product quantity by accounting for up to 10% damage during shipping. If damage exceeds 10%, we will offer a credit based on the percentage of damaged product. Claims must include clear photos for evaluation.
